CANCELLATIONS AND MISSED LESSONS 

For any lessons missed by a teacher, N.H.H will provide a scheduled private or group makeup lesson. 

For any lessons missed by a student, N.H.H offers  group make up lesson. The classes are age and level appropriate and are held between the hours of 10 am and 5 pm. You are welcome to pick a make-up class by speaking with our team to schedule a time that suits you and your family.

LESSON LOCATIONS

​We strongly believe in our community and collaborative outreach. We offer both Community institutions/outreach programs and 

On location lessons.

On location - Offers both private and and group lessons. You may come into our location for lessons where we supply the tools, set up, mannequins, visuals... and much more to equip to succeed in your textured hair lesson journey. 

Community Institutions/Outreach - Where we come to you. No need to worry about visuals, mannequins, tools, equipment... We'll be sure to have those included in our set up when we arrive. ** We would require a brief discussion prior to arrival**

HOW MUCH DO LESSONS COST?

On location lessons

45min - $40 |   60min - $55 . Extended lessons available, ask for more details

Deposit - Require for all services and lessons. We respect your time and ours here at N.H.H a $25 deposit is required to ensure your booking and will be deducted off your full totaled amount. Refunded if appointment is cancelled with in 24 hours 

Community Institutions/Outreach lessons

We offer a group rated discount, contact for details. Each attendee is welcome and open to register with us for private and/or group lessons at a later date. please feel to reach out @ naturalhairhealth@gmail.com or 519.998.5553

You may choose between a one day session or customizable continued sessions **We would require a brief discussion prior to starting**

COMMITEMENT

NO COMMMIMENT NEEDED. pay as you go for each session or set up continued sessions.

Hair Session cancellations

We require a minimum of 24 hours for cancellations prior to service appointments. Deposit  non- refundable if appointments are cancelled after 24 hour time frame.

Acceptable payment methods 

E-transfer or Cash. Invoice will be sent to the student/parent/guardian
